Beyoncé and Jay Z are officially looking for a new Los Angeles home. They’ve been notified that they have to move out of their current rental.

No, they haven’t ruined the 16,000-square-foot property with their fabulous celebrity parties or anything scandalous. The owner decided to put the property on the market, TMZ reports, and Mr. and Mrs. Carter “weren't interested in outbidding the buyer.” The mansion, located in the Holmby Hills neighborhood, sold for $35.5 million. Beyoncé and Jay Z have been given notice that they have to move out within 60 days.

The celebrity power couple isn’t exactly homeless. While they’re looking for a new place, they can stay at one of their various other homes. Most recently, Jay Z, 45, and Beyoncé, 34, bought a $2.6 million mansion in New Orleans, E! Online reports. Although it’s only a fraction of the price of their Los Angeles home, it’s only slightly smaller at 13,292-square-feet.

Even with real estate in other areas, the two will likely find another place in California. The recording artists reportedly moved to Los Angeles from New York City earlier this year for their daughter, Blue Ivy, 3. “Beyoncé and Jay Z are making L.A. their permanent home based a lot on the advice of their friends,” a source told Us Weekly in February. “The friend that really influenced them to move was Gwyneth Paltrow. Gwyneth was telling Jay and Bey about the quality of life for her kids in L.A. and really swayed Beyoncé and Jay to make the move. It’s all for Blue Ivy.”

Despite divorce rumors, they are reportedly looking at new pads together. They’re said to be searching for a house in Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills and Bel-Air.
