Beyonce's publicist officially denied speculation Thursday the star got lip injections.

Yvette Noel-Schure slammed MediaTakeOut for publishing a false story on its website speculating the singer had used lip fillers. She clarified Beyonce’s lips appeared fuller because of fluid retention during her pregnancy.

The speculation was reportedly based on an Instagram post by the singer where some fans started noticing Beyonce's lips appeared puffier than usual.

MediaTakeOut then put out a story about her "new and improved lips."

In a statement to Gossip Cop however, Noel-Schure said: “What do you know about the effects of pregnancy on a woman's entire body? Please tell me. Did you know that in addition to weight gain there is often a dramatic change in the blood flow in the system and increased fluid causing swelling?”

“But the sacrifice to our faces, our feet and our entire bodies is something we welcome because we bring beautiful humans into the world who will one day combat your hate and negativity,” she said in the statement.

Yvette finished the statement by criticizing the speculations: “You are the saddest individuals and picking on a pregnant lady is tantamount to possessing the coldest, despicable heart. You need to find something else to do with your time and maybe stop by a store that has happiness on sale because you need to buy some.”

The "Single Ladies" singer may not have but there are other Hollywood celebrities who love to experiment with their face and body.

Some have denied doing anything to their faces but many have also openly owned up to it. Kylie Jenner admitted to getting temporary lip injections in one of the clips from the show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

She said: “I have temporary lip fillers, it’s just an insecurity of mine and it’s what I wanted to do. I’m just not ready to talk to reporters about my lips yet because everyone always picks us apart. I want to admit to the lips, but people are so quick to judge me on everything, so I might have tiptoed around the truth, but I didn’t lie.”

Britney Spears, 34, also got her lips done and used other facial cleaners, which she termed as "fun stuff." She also revealed during a 2014 interview she had gone to a doctor in Beverly Hills, named Dr. Raj Kanodia. "I've had lip injections before. he has this peptide-based face-care product; it's green and slimy, and you mix it together and put it on your face. It does wonders," she said.

Tulisa Contostavlos, a former “X Factor judge faced rumors of going through plastic surgery, however she debunked them during her appearance on "The Jonathan Ross Show" in 2014.

"To clarify, I haven't had surgery. Surgery is 'going under the knife,' breaking bones, adding stuff in. I simply just had cosmetic enhancement; it's just a little bit of filler which I put a little bit in my cheeks and in my lips,” she had said.

Lisa Rinna tried to remove silicon from her lips she had put in during her 20s. “Here’s the story. 25 years ago I had my lips injected with silicone. Stupid thing to do…24…I saw Beaches and I did it with my best girlfriend,” she said. “So then cut to a couple of years ago, I had a doctor remove as much as they possibly could because it got to a point where they were yucky.”

Jessica Simpson was in her mid 20s when she got lip injections in 2005. In 2006, she admitted to Glamour magazine she had experimented with her lips, but didn’t like it.

“I had that Restylane stuff,” she said. “It looked fake to me. I didn’t like that. But…it went away in, like, four months. My lips are back to what they were. Thank God.”
