Looking for a little mid-week inspiration? Then we have just the thing to leave you feeling like you can climb any mountain — or conquer any treadmill.

In a promo video for the upcoming episode of “The Biggest Loser,” fans of the NBC weight-loss competition can watch as Season 17 contestant Erin Willett pushes herself to the limit during a workout (thanks to a little nudge from her trainer Jennifer Widerstrom).

“What do you say we max out this treadmill?” Jennifer says before cranking up the speed to 12. As the former “Voice” contestant runs her hardest, Jen cheers Erin on with encouraging words.

“You chose to be here. You know what it takes. Show them what it takes. They don’t have what you have,” the trainer says as the competitor runs faster and faster. After completing the challenge, Erin becomes overwhelmed with emotions.

“I didn’t think I could do it. Why have I been putting so many limitations on myself?” Erin says in a confessional as her eyes swell up with tears. “I’m like speechless about it because it’s one of those things that its so much more than running on a treadmill.”

However, the “Voice” alum found the word to express her fitness journey through her newest song titled “Out of the Darkness,” which debuted during Monday night’s installment.

"It's a song that I wrote a couple of years ago and it's just honest,” the 26-year-old singer told People magazine. “Like you know what? I am just trying to figure out life and I'm just going to be vulnerable. I'm going to let you know my demons."

Season 17 of “The Biggest Loser” airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. EST on NBC.
