There’s nothing Miley Cyrus can or can’t do to make her proud papa Billy Ray Cyrus love her any less, no matter how many times she twerks apparently. Miley made millions of viewers uncomfortable with her raunchy MTV Video Music Awards performance at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn Sunday night.

The 20-year-old pop star faced a large backlash after her act, where she grinded on a large teddy bear and twerked on married man Robin Thicke, but her father told Entertainment Tonight he loves her “unconditionally.”

"She's still my little girl and I'm still her dad regardless how this circus we call show business plays out,” he said. “I love her unconditionally and that will never change."

"Of course I'll always be here for Miley. Can't wait to see her when she gets home," Cyrus told Entertainment Tonight.

As if stripping down to a nude bikini and sensually dancing around the stage wasn’t enough, Miley grinded on the oversized child toys, which really bothered some people. The Parents Television Council, which Billy Ray Cyrus himself is a member of according to People.com, condemned MTV and Miley for the display.

"MTV continues to sexually exploit young women by promoting acts that incorporate 'twerking' in a nude-colored bikini," the group said. "How is this image of former child star Miley Cyrus appropriate for 14-year-olds?"

Miley didn’t seemed bothered by the backlash, even though some poked fun at her less-than-bodacious-derriere, and shared two more risqué pictures on her Twitter account Tuesday.

She even shared praises from Rolling Stone. "’Miley was the one star in the room who truly understood what the MTV Video Music Awards are all about!’ - Rolling Stone,” she wrote, and then added, “’Miley stole the night, which is why the nation is still in recovery today. Thanks, Miley...’ - Rolling Stone.”

Hey, she’s just being Miley, right?
