Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani were involved in full PDA on the sets of “The Voice,” days after the “Sangria” singer’s representative confirmed their relationship. On Monday, the two were getting cozy and couldn’t get their eyes off each other.

“During the last commercial he went over to her, whispered in her ear, and gave her a quick peck on her temple,” an eyewitness told Hollywood Life. “They were smiling and looking into each other's eyes and talking the rest of the time.”

Another source said that Miranda Lambert’s ex-husband and Stefani were not hiding their romance and were sharing sweet affection for each other.

“They kept texting each other during commercials. She didn’t let her eyes off him,” another source told Hollywood Life. During Monday’s show, “Blake said, ‘Did you get my text’ to Gwen, and Pharrell [Williams] thought he was talking to him. Blake said, ‘No, I am talking to Gwen.’”

Another source told People magazine: “Right when they called for the break, Blake ran over to Gwen's chair. They were talking close and laughing until makeup duties called."

Stefani and Shelton had been surrounded with dating rumors since the two divorced from their respective partners.

Recently, Stefani’s former husband, Gavin Rossdale was embroiled in a cheating scandal with their ex-nanny Mindy Mann. Multiple sources claimed that Rossdale cheated on his wife with Mann, who looked after their three sons -- Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 20 months.

E! News pictured Mann for the first time since the cheating scandal came to light. She was recently seen in Los Angeles' Toluca Lake neighborhood. According to a source, Mindy had left town for a few days in an effort "to avoid the immediate media attention" following the alleged scandal, and was now back in town.

Mann "is a bit overwhelmed by constant sight of all the photographers outside her place," the source added.
