Bobbi Kristina Brown’s aunt, Leolah Brown, vowed to fight for her niece until she gets justice. Leolah’s comment in a recent Facebook post comes as details about Bobbi Kristina’s abusive relationship with her boyfriend Nick Gordon surfaced.
Bobbi Kristina’s family, including Leolah, has been by her bedside as the 22-year-old continues to fight for her life at a hospice care in Georgia, where she was moved last week after spending months in a rehabilitation facility. The only daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston is reportedly nearing the end of her life as her condition deteriorates despite receiving the best treatment in several facilities.
“I have been away simply because I have been with my niece Bobbi Kristina. I am so full right now and won't say much simply because it just ain't time yet! But I want you all to know that JUSTICE will be served!!! And I can smile as I say it,” Leolah wrote in her Facebook post Tuesday.
“If you don't trust anything else in this world-know and understand that I will do all that is in MY power to see to it that my niece Bobbi Kristina Brown is served her justice and did not suffer like this in vain! You have my word! God is on the scene today! He has shown ME His POWER already! Therefore, please be assured! I am going to fight for Bobbi Kriss until God takes the breath out of me! And while that is being done...it will serve my sister WHITNEY HOUSTON JUSTICE as well. TRUST! Just have patience and wait on God! Don't forget He's always on time and patience is connected to VICTORY! Peace.”
Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Atlanta home on Jan. 31. She was placed in a medically induced coma and has shown no signs of improvement.
A criminal investigation is underway in Bobbi Kristina’s case after police found injury marks on her body. A lawsuit has also been filed against Gordon alleging that he abused his girlfriend and stole money from her.
Bobbi Kristina’s friend Alex Reid revealed Wednesday that the aspiring actress was upset about her relationship with Gordon.
"She was sobbing. Nick had hit her and she was scared," Reid told E! News while recalling his conversation with Bobbi Kristina. "She was very upset. She didn't know what to do. It was as if, she didn't have anyone else to turn to. It was heartbreaking.
"Krissi was physically abused by Nick on a number of occasions and she told me about some of them," Reid reportedly said. "I never witnessed anything … she would FaceTime me every time she was distraught, when something has just happened or show me a bruise."
Gordon has reportedly hired a high-profile team to fight his legal battle as his girlfriend’s vital signs continue to drop at the Peachtree Christian Hospice. As hope for Bobbi Kristina’s recovery fades, Gordon’s legal troubles continue to increase as prosecutors are reportedly preparing a potential murder case against him.
“She barely has any signs of life, hardly any vitals. Security has been beefed up and even local law enforcement have been called because the families have been told that death is now imminent and they want to make sure that photographers don’t get pictures of her body being removed,” a source close to Bobbi Kristina’s family told FOX411.
