The "Work B**tch" singer is certainly no stranger to being scantily clad, she has performed for millions wearing not much more than a top hat and is often seen posing in her underwear in various men's magazines. So it was only a matter of time before Britney Spears decided to capitalise on her assets and launch her own lingerie line.
The 32-year-old singer announced on Twitter this morning that "The Intimate Collection" will be "Coming very soon..." and posted a link to the brand's website. According to the site, which currently consists of only one page, the line will launch in the US and Canada on September 9th 2014 and in Europe on September 26th.
The brand already boasts over 2,000 likes on Facebook and 400+ on Instagram.
This is not the first business venture for Spears; in 2009 she was recognised for having the best-selling celebrity fragrance line on the market and released her eighth perfume 'Cosmic Radiance' in 2011. Within five years of making fragrances, Spears sold over one million bottles with estimated gross receipts of $1.5 billion.
