Brooke Mueller was arrested for cocaine possession and assault back in December, but it looks like Charlie Sheen's ex will avoid jail time.

Mueller is working on a plea deal that will only require her to complete community service and attend drug education classes.

Back in December Aspen police officers were conducting a routine walk-through, when a woman approached them to report she had been assaulted by Mueller after accidentally bumping into her in a club, exchanging words and Mueller hitting her in the back of the head. Mueller was subsequently arrested for assaulting Liana Little.

According to TMZ, Little is furious about the altercation and thinks Mueller should serve jail time. If the plea goes through Mueller will only serve a few months jail time and have to attend drug education classes. If everything is completed without incident the charges will most likely be dropped.

Mueller's next court date is scheduled for April 2.
