Twitter is once again alive with rumors that Calvin Harris responded to Twitter messages that compared the meet and greets of Taylor Swift and Avril Lavigne. Now many fans are claiming that Harris’ tweet appeared to be “doctored and photoshopped.”

Swift’s beau is again subject of a Twitter discussion, this time between Swifties and Lavigne’s fans. According to Mirror, it all started when the “Bad Blood” crooner liked a post on Tumblr, which featured a collage of the singer’s fan meetings, alongside meet and greets of other artists such as Katy Perry, Kanye West, Britney Spears and Lavigne. The Tumblr post was captioned, “This is most celebs with fans... And this is Taylor.”

Twitter user @UnitedForAvril found the Tumblr post and uploaded a link with the message, “Taylor Swift liked a post comparing her M&G with @AvrilLavigne's M&G.” The Twitter user was referring to the picture of Lavigne included in the collage, which showed the “Girlfriend” singer awkwardly posing with a fan.

The post quickly became viral, wherein the “Complicated” singer even took to Twitter Monday to impart a wise message to fans. Lavigne wrote, “Comparison is judging and judging a person does not define who they are it defines who you are. We all Love our fans.” She also asked everyone to “stay positive” and “keep it all about love.”

Meanwhile, the DJ and music producer reportedly responded to Lavigne’s Twitter message, E! News reported. Harris was said to have written how Swift “doesn’t judge anyone” and that the pop singer was just “having fun with her fans.” He reportedly added that the “Love Story” crooner was “not trying to compare herself to you.”

Harris' tweet was said to be deleted soon after it was posted. However, E! reports how fans now are claiming that the DJ’s Twitter message “appears to be doctored and was likely never posted.” A few even mentioned that the post looked photoshopped.

It is still unclear whether the reported post is true, while Harris has yet to publicly address the rumor.
