Carrie Underwood dazzled everyone at the Nashville red carpet of the Country Music Television Music Awards, when she arrived looking gorgeous and fit just three months after giving birth. The singer was also a big winner for the night, taking home three CMT awards.

E!News was blown away Wednesday when Underwood walked the red carpet of the 2015 CMT Awards looking radiant and very sexy. She was wearing a skin-tight white Thomas Wylde bodycon with metallic embellishments, which she paired with a Deepa Gurnani clutch. Underwood also looked amazing during her onstage performance, showing off her toned post-baby body in a sheer black gown with mirrored embellishments.

The new mother and her NHL hubby Mike Fisher welcomed their first child, Isaiah Michael Fisher, on Feb. 27. Since giving birth, Underwood has kept quiet, spending quality time with her husband and adorable baby boy. She has been sharing pictures of her family life via social media over the past few weeks, reported USA Today, uploading a photo of her son sleeping on her husband’s lap while inside a studio, captioning it: “Isaiah's first band rehearsal...as you can see he & his daddy were totally into it! #naptime #earmuffs #sweetdreams”.

According to People, the country singer won female video of the year for “Something in the Water,” collaborative video of the year with Miranda Lambert for their hit "Somethin' Bad" and video of the year award for “Something in the Water.”

"This is such an amazing blessing," Underwood said when picking up the fan-voted video of the year, before thanking her loyal followers. The country singer now has a total of 13 CMT Music awards.
