Well, it finally happened! “Castle” fans got the wedding they had been waiting for on Monday, Nov. 10 when Rick Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) tied the knot. Now fans can look forward to the Old West-themed honeymoon episode on Monday, Nov. 17. However, after that the ABC show will return to normal and the pre-Thanksgiving Nov. 24 episode will feature a new case and possibly some new developments in someone else’s romantic relationship.

In the Nov. 24 episode, according to TV Guide, Castle and Beckett will be on the case of a routine murder when things get complicated and there's reason to believe a second victim is in danger. Tracking down the second victim turns deadly for Esposito (Jon Huertas) and Ryan (Seamus Dever) when the supposed victim instead turns a gun on the officers, holding up a subway car.

The near-death experience will shake some sense into Esposito who, according to Executive Producer David Amann, will reconsider his relationship with Lanie (Tamala Jones). The incident could inspire some developments in the on-again, off-again couple’s relationship. This could be welcome news to fans who might be a bit tired of Castle and Beckett after the wedding and honeymoon episodes.

However, “Castle” still has a honeymoon to cover first. Episode 7, “Once Upon a Time in the West,” will air on Nov. 17. The episode will feature Castle and Beckett undercover as honeymooners on the case of a murder at an Old West resort town. As newlyweds in real life as well, the couple will be having a little extra fun on the case.

Episode 7 (the honeymoon) will air on Nov. 17, while episode 8 (Esposito’s deadly encounter) will follow on Nov. 24. Will Esposito and Lanie be inspired by Castle and Beckett’s plunge into marriage? Fans will have to tune in to find out. “Castle” airs Mondays at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
