Celebrating 25 Years of Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen

Starting off their careers when they were barely 9 months old, The Olsen twins have literally grown up in the public eye. They started their careers with the hugely popular TV series Full House and continued till they were 8 years old.

In addition to this, they directed several videos throughout. As the sisters grew older, cashing-in on their popularity as preteen role models all over the world, the duo kick-started their brand Dual Star which is today, available in more than 5,000 stores worldwide.

Known more for their fashionista image and their brand, than for their choice of movies, the sisters are collectively worth around $100 million and one of the richest women in the entertainment industry. They were also one of the most popular child-stars in history.

However, their film career has not been as illustrious as their image with their last outing New York Minute tanking at the box office.

The sisters are currently devoting their full attention to their brand with few films now and then. They had celebrated their 25th birthday on July 13.
