The daughter of former president Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, in engaged to her long time boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky, PEOPLE.com reported.

Clinton, 29, is the former president's only child. Mezvinsky, 31, is son of former congressman Ed Mezvinsky and a Goldman Sachs employee.

The couple are both former Stanford University students and befriended in Washington during their teen years.
