China GITI Tire Inc., the Nation's largest tire maker, will list in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, people close to the source said on Wednesday.

The Initial Public Offering is launched 3.1 billion to 3.9 billion HK dollars, while the sponsor is Credit Suisse and UBS.

GITI is based in Shanghai and its products export to over 100 countries.
