A Chinese man named Bai Ting allegedly lived up to his name after he was charged on Tuesday with biting a police officer in Singapore.

Bai, 28, was charged with being drunk and incapable of taking care of himself in a public place, Channel NewsAsia reported Tuesday. Bai allegedly bit the officer while the officer was locking him up in a jail cell. He faces a $1,000 fine and a month in jail on his original charges, and up to seven years in prison, a caning and a fine for the offense against the officer.
