Chris Brown is a wanted man, once again, after he allegedly punched singer Jeremih Felton during a basketball game in Las Vegas. Felton, known professionally as simply Jeremih, was not identified as the victim in the police report, but This Is 50 exclusively reported the “Birthday Sex” singer was the other man involved in the brawl.

Brown, 25, was playing basketball at the Palms Casino Resort early Monday morning. He and Felton got into an argument that turned physical, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said in a press release. Felton drove himself to a hospital, was treated for injuries and released.

Brown has not issued a statement since the LVMPD revealed he was suspected of misdemeanor battery. The “Loyal” singer has the option of signing a citation for misdemeanor battery, or submitting the case to the Clark County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution. If he did that, he would be given a summons to appear in Clark County Justice Court. Brown and his lawyer have not yet said if he will sign the citation.

Brown could find himself in deep water, especially since he just finished probation in March for the Rihanna assault case.

Twitter users flocked to the social media site to discuss the case. Some of their responses are below:
