Clippers rookie Blake Griffin has become a walking highlight-reel this season, almost single-handedly revitalizing the Clippers franchise and creating serious buzz due to his What Will He Do Next? style of play. It's no surprise that the Clippers are already planning their future around Griffin and fully intend to sign their young star before he reaches free agency. One day after his streak of 27 straight games with a double double was snapped, Clippers GM Neil Olshey announced he had every intention to keep Griffin with the Clippers. According to ESPN.com, Olshey said: I can guarantee you he will only ever be a Clipper, general manager Neil Olshey said of his prized rookie. If [Oklahoma City Thunder general manager] Sam Presti arrived on Kevin Durant's doorstep at midnight on July 1st with an extension, understand that Blake Griffin lives two blocks away from me in Manhattan Beach so it's going to be a much shorter commute for me.

Spurred on by this news, Griffin took to the court in Portland last night against the Trail Blazers and recorded 20 points and 18 rebounds in a 108-93 loss. However, Griffin's highlight-tape received another addition, courtesy of this alley-hoop (see below).
