A hacker who brought down and defaced Comcast's website in 2008 may face up to five years in prison.

Christopher Allen Lewis, a member of the hacking group Kryogeniks pleaded guilty to intentionally damaging a protected computer system according to Philadelphia papers.

Lewis, who used the alias EBK, is one of three men charged with a hacking incident that disrupted Comcast's Web page for two days.

Lewis was charged in November, along with alleged co-conspirators James Robert Black, and Michael Paul Nebel. Nebel has pleaded not guilty, but Black is expected to plead guilty next week according to a report.
