Copper rose on Thursday after a report that companies created more jobs than expected in November, calming concerns about a slowing U.S. economy.

ADP Employer Services said jobs grew by 189,000 in November, three times what economists had expected. The report also revised October's job additions higher by 13,000 to 119,000.

Copper futures for March Delivery were up $0.02 to $3.04 on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
