Actor Corbin Bernsen has purchased a 75-year-old tudor-style house in Valley Village with his wife, actress and interior designer Amanda Pays. They paid $900,000 for this home which needs a complete renovation, according to Los Angeles Times.

The home, with 2,415 square feet living space, has three-bedroom, two-bathroom and sits on a quarter-acre corner lot.

The home was listed on the market for the first time in more than 60 years.

Bernsen is an American actor, known for his work on television. He is best known for his role of Arnold Becker in 'L.A. Law' during the late 1980s and early 1990s, and has appeared regularly on other shows, including General Hospital, Cuts, and Psych.

The British actress Pays made her film debut in Oxford Blues and she played a French nun, Sister Nicole, in Off Limits with Willem Dafoe and Gregory Hines. She is also known for her roles as Theora Jones in the movie and television series Max Headroom and as Christina Tina McGee in 'The Flash'. She is also an interior designer and hosts Fine Living's Breathing Room.
