The Dallas Cowboys are set to visit the Philadelphia Eagles in the biggest game on the Week 6 schedule. Even though the NFC East rivals only have one combined loss in the 2022 NFL season, the point spread suggests that the home team has a significant advantage in the "Sunday Night Football" matchup.

The Eagles are up to 6.5-point favorites, according to the latest betting line at FanDuel Sportsbook. The point spread has moved further in Philadelphia's direction now that Dak Prescott's chances of returning to the field at Lincoln Financial Field appear to be slim.

Dallas is planning to start Cooper Rush at quarterback for the fifth-straight game. Prescott is back throwing at practice after undergoing surgery for a thumb injury that he suffered in the season opener, but remains sidelined with the injury.

Winning in Prescott's absence hasn't been a problem for the Cowboys. Dallas is 4-0 in Rush's starts this season, and the Cowboys were victorious in his only start a season ago. The career backup has performed admirably, posting a 93.9 passer rating with four touchdown passes and no interceptions.

The Cowboys haven't asked too much of Rush. The quarterback doesn't have more than 235 passing yards in any game. Rush only had to throw for 102 yards in Dallas' 22-10 road win Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams.

It's been the defense that has led the way for Dallas, highlighted by a dominant pass rush. Defensive Player of the Year favorite Micah Parson is tied with a league-high six sacks. Dorance Armstrong has four sacks of his own. DeMarcus Lawrence has three sacks.

Only the Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers are giving up fewer than 14.4 points the Cowboys. All five opponents have failed to score 20 points against the Cowboys.

That streak could end in Philadelphia against the league's last remaining undefeated team. The Eagles have reached the 20-point mark in every single game. Philadelphia ranks second in total offense during what has been an MVP-caliber start for Jalen Hurts.

Hurts has thrown for 1,359 yards in addition to his 266 rushing yards. The quarterback has 10 total touchdowns and just two interceptions. A.J. Browns and DeVonta Smith are one of the league's best wide receiver tandems. Miles Sanders is fourth with 414 rushing yards.

The Eagles are built to withstand the Cowboys' vaunted pass rush. Philadelphia arguably has the league's best offensive line. Most of Philadelphia's offensive linemen are dealing with injuries, but there's a good chance that all five starters will play. The status of left tackle Jordan Mailata will be key, considering backup Jack Driscoll struggled as his replacement in the team's 20-17 win over the Arizona Cardinals.

Even if Philadelphia's offense has trouble, the defense will make it difficult for Dallas to escape with a win. The Eagles only have three fewer sacks than the Cowboys, and they've allowed a lower passer rating to opposing quarterbacks. Opposing offenses have only been responsible for 11.0 points per game against Philadelphia in the last four weeks.

The Cowboys haven't scored more than 25 points in any game. The Eagles have won both of their home games by eight points or more.

Don't expect the Cowboys to supplant the Eagles atop the NFC East in Week 6.
