David Jones Ltd., an Australian up-market national department store, posted an 8.4 per cent jump in third quarter sales revenue, with outstanding performance from all sales categories.

Revenue for the quarter endingApril 28 jumped to $436.7 million from $402.8 million in the corresponding period last year.

In the first three quarters of fiscal year 2007, the company posted $1.47 billion in sales, eight per cent increase from $1,365.3 million of corresponding period last year.
