Deimos and Gabi on 'Days of Our Lives'
Gabi (Camila Banus) confronts Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) about setting Ed up on the April 24, 2017 episode of “Days of Our Lives.” NBC

He got away with setting up his enemy to head to jail for illegal activity, but Deimos is going to learn it hasn’t made him any more well-liked in Salem when he runs into Gabi on the Monday, April 24 episode of “Days of Our Lives.’

The NBC soap has seen a major battle between the Kiriakis, DiMera and Hernandez families for months as they battle for control in Salem, and in an attempt to start getting back at everyone he feels has wronged him, Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) began setting traps for his enemies. After realizing Hope (Kristian Alfonso) had planted a bug at the mansion with the intent of catching him in the act of a crime, he used it against her to set Ed up. Sure enough, when Hope and Rafe (Galen Gering) went to go witness him trading stolen goods, they were stunned instead to find Ed there. Rafe was then forced to arrest his father for illegal activity and send him off to prison, and Deimos not only wound up getting away with his own crimes, but successfully eliminated one of his enemies as well.

Now though, Gabi (Camila Banus), who like her brothers has been hurt that they once again lost Ed’s presence in their lives, will take matters into her own hands when she sees Deimos. She will not only confront him for setting her father up, but she will also physically attack him because of the ways he has hurt her and her loved ones.

Gabi will also have another reason for going after Deimos. While what he did to Ed hurts more because it was successful, Deimos also targeted her in an attempt to mess with Chad (Billy Flynn). He kidnapped both Abigail (Marci Miller) and Gabi and poisoned them, and Chad was given an antidote to save only one of them. He managed to find a way to outsmart Deimos and save both women, but Gabi initially struggled to recover. In addition, the situation has wreaked havoc on her personal life, as she has been unable to see Chad or Abigail since because of the drama concerning the feelings she and Chad have for one another. With those threatening his marriage, he and Gabi were forced to try and stay apart, and it has broken her heart.

Knowing Deimos was the one who set that that painful set of events in motion will only add to her fury as she confronts the man who has screwed with her life in far too many ways, and she won’t hesitate to get physical and violent as she lashes out.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
