Denise Richards, The Wild Things and Baywatch actress, has adopted a new-born baby girl, according to E Online.

The actress already has two daughters with actor Charlie Sheen aged seven and six.

Richards's spokesperson told E Online: Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise's mum (Joni) and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise. “

The representative said that the girls were very happy with the new addition to the family.

The actress and Charlie Sheen were divorced in 2006 and have reached an agreement, after a long fought court battle, over the custody of their two daughters.

Charlie Sheen has twin boys from his marriage to Brooke Mueller.

Richards is planning a memoir called The Real Girl Next Door and has said that she will only focus on the good parts on her marriage with Sheen.

Richards has appeared in films including Scary Movie 3, Starship Troopers and The World Is Not Enough. She also appeared on the reality TV show, Denise Richards: It's Complicated.
