Exactly one decade ago director David Frankel exposed some harsh truths about working in the fashion industry with his movie “The Devil Wears Prada.” The film — helmed by Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep — quickly became a favorite among audiences, grossing a whopping $124,740,460 nationwide during its opening weekend.

It’s been 10 years since Hathaway took on the role of Andrea Sachs, a recent college graduate living out her dream of working at a major publication, but the film has continued to stand the test of time.
