The ladies of “Devious Maids” are returning to the small screen on Monday, June 6, for the Season 4 premiere of the Lifetime drama. Lifetime

It looks like “Devious Maids” fans don’t have to wait until the Season 4 premiere of the hit Lifetimes series to find out the fate of Judy Reyes’ character Zoila. Recently, Dania Ramirez, who portrays Rosie in the sizzling, summer show, shared a behind-the-scenes video from the set of “Devious Maids” — a video that featured Zoila (alive and well, might we add) filming her the final scene of the season.

“Final scene rehearsal for #TeamRosie,” Ramirez captioned the Instagram clip. “#DeviousMaidsS4 Till next time.”

When Season 3 of the Marc Cherry drama left off, the fate of Zoila was left uncertain. “Zoila was highly pregnant at the very end of the show,” Susan Lucci, who plays Genevieve, said during an AOL Build event in February. “The doctor came to Genevieve [and said] she had to make a serious decision between saving Zoila’s life or the unborn baby.”

The actress confirmed that Season 4 will pick up with what Genevieve’s decision was when the show returns Monday, June 6. But, according to Ramirez’s set video, it seems safe to say that Genevieve chose to save the life of her best friend.

The fate of Zoila won’t be the only potential death discussed when “Devious Maids” returns. Lucci teased that Season 4 will also focus on whether Evelyn’s (Rebecca Wisocky) husband, Adrian (Tom Irwin), lived or died in the Season 3 finale.

“A lot of people want to know if Adrian survives. Adrian on paper is a very unsympathetic, sleazy kind of a character, but in the hands of Tom, you love this guy and root for him and you want him to live. And that’s part of what we’ll focus on in the beginning,” Lucci said, adding that there are “some shocking surprises” within the Season 4 storyline of “Devious Maids.”

“Devious Maids” will return with its Season 4 premiere on Monday, June 6, at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.
