Stacey Dash is a single lady again after almost two years of legal fights to divorce husband actor Emmanuel Xuereb.
A judge finally granted the divorce, according to reports on Friday.
TMZ reported that Dash has been trying to divorce Xuereb since January 2010. The same day Dash filed for divorce she took out a restraining order against him.
Dash claims that her ex-husband would physically abused her throughout their two-year marriage, but was afraid to report it to the police.
Reports are that Dash was granted the restraining order.
The two didn't have any children together, but Dash has two kids from a prior relationship.
The sexy actress also landed in Playboy at age of 40.
