Bobbi Kristina Brown was involved in a serious car accident on Wednesday when her Chevy Camaro crashed in Alpharetta, Ga., but she left the scene without injuries.

According to TMZ, Brown, the daughter Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, crashed her car after losing control, striking several trees while attempting a left turn.

A passer-by called the police to the scene, and Kristina received a traffic citation for "failure to maintain lane." She had been driving away from her apartment complex.

The car crash comes days after she and fiancé Nick Gordon broke up.

Gordon tweeted last week, “@REALbkBrown [Kristina] and I are not engaged or dating. Just close like we have always been.”

Reports about Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon getting engaged and then breaking off their alleged engagement circulated back in March. However, the controversial former couple confirmed months ago their plans to get married.

"1 of the main reasons why i even smile today. iloveyoubooboo, forever&always. 'it's just US now,'" Brown wrote over the summer, along with a photo of a sparkling diamond on her ring finger.

Back in March, a representative for Brown said that she was not engaged to Nick Gordon, according to ABC News.

The couple has dealt with a lot of drama, starting when they were spotted together hugging and holding hands shortly after Houston's funeral.

According to a TMZ report, Houston invited Gordon to live with her more than 10 years ago after learning that his birth mother could no longer care for him. She raised him like a son, alongside Brown. As a result, many people, including family members, were shocked when the two young adults began dating.

On Brown's 19th birthday on March 4th, Gordon, 22, expressed his feelings for her, sending her the following tweet, "Happy Birthday ... I love you."

Brown's grandmother, Cissy Houston, has dismissed the relationship as "incestuous," according to the Daily Mail.

Meanwhile, the former couple had gotten matching wrist tattoos of doves surrounding the letters "WH," in honor of Whitney Houston. Brown is currently on the Lifetime reality show "The Houston Family Chronicles," which features Gordon and premiered this year.
