Robin Thicke may be at the top of his career with his catchy single “Blurred Lines” recently deemed the most popular song of all time, but it appears the performer may have crossed a line when it comes to his relationship with wife Paula Patton.
The 36-year-old singer is being accused of cheating on his actress wife, 37, Thursday after a photo of him secretly grabbing a woman’s behind at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party Sunday was posted on social media. In an image posted by Radar Online, Thicke can be seen with an unidentified blonde, a mirror in the background showing his hand appearing to grope her from behind.

According to the report, the image is believed to have been taken at the New York City nightclub 10AK on Sunday night after the VMAs, where he performed “Blurred Lines.” Radar Online reported that Patton, Thicke’s wife of more than eight years, was in the club at the time the photo was taken.
This marks the second controversial incident for Thicke in the past week. On Sunday, the singer made headlines after performing side-by-side with former Disney starlet Miley Cyrus in a sexualized routine on the VMAs stage. While 20-year-old Cyrus raved about the performance, Thicke was reportedly not so inspired by her work, with a source revealing to Us Weekly Monday that he was unhappy with the performance. “Robin thought it would be fun to include Miley, but he didn't realize how much she would overshadow him,” said the source. “I don't think he would have done it knowing what it ended up like."
