Transgender YouTube star Domonique Newburn was found dead in her California apartment Tuesday. TMZ reported early Thursday morning that according to police reports, Newburn, famous for her starring role on the online reality series “Hollywood Houseboys,” was found murdered.

Newburn, 31, who starred as one of four gay individuals trying to make it in Hollywood in the YouTube docu-series, was reportedly found “badly beaten” with the crime scene showing “clear signs of a struggle” in her Fontana-based home.

While no arrests have been made in connection to her death, authorities are looking for a male suspect seen leaving the apartment complex in the reality star’s vehicle, a Black 2004 Mercedes C240 sedan. The person of interest was described as being of average build, in his 20s or early 30s and approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall.

According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, authorities were called to Newburn's home at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday after neighbors reported a disturbance in her unit. Detectives reported evidence that Newburn appeared to have attemped to flee from her attacker after her body was found near a window. Police are unsure of the reason for the attack.

Newburn (stage name: Domonique Duffy) has starred in the YouTube series since 2010 with episodes regularly gaining upwards of 62,000 views. The reality star changed her birth name, Daymond Watford, in June 2010.
