President Donald Trump will take questions Friday from the press in his first news conference since last week’s inauguration. Friday’s press conference will be a joint presser with U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May, the first foreign leader to visit Trump since he took office.

The live stream of Trump's appearance starts at 12:00 p.m. (EST). You can watch it below or here.

Recently, Trump vowed to make the so-called special relationship between the U.K. and the U.S. even "closer." The White House said Monday night Trump had enjoyed a "great conversation" with May and "looks forward" to her visit. During the briefing, which lasted a little over an hour, White House spokesman Sean Spicer confirmed that the president and May would discuss a new U.K.-U.S. trade deal.

"We have always had that special relationship with Britain and that reflects in the Prime Minister's first visit here. He has had a great conversation with her and looks forward having her here. We can always be closer,” he said.

When asked about what will happen in Britain after the so-called Brexit from the European Union, Spicer said, "I'm sure that there will be a discussion of trade ... the degree to which I don't know yet. He's going to have a great conversation about the potential for greater trade with the U.K."

May said she spoke to Trump over the phone recently and for the most part they are on the same page, especially their stance on the NATO military alliance. “From the conversations I’ve already had with President Trump over the phone, he has shown to me his commitment to NATO, as well. I believe a strong NATO has been the bulwark of our defense in Europe. Obviously, that’s important in the U.K. national interest and I believe it’s important in the U.S. national interest,” May said.

Trump, whose last press conference took place on Jan. 11, had numerous issues with the media, claiming that they were “dishonest,” and reported “fake news." This comes after a 35-page unverified report was released by Buzzfeed earlier this month showing that Trump might, in fact, have some ties with Russia and Russia is allegedly holding compromising information about Trump.

BuzzFeed said in a statement that it released the document “so that Americans can make up their own minds about allegations about the president-elect that have circulated at the highest levels of the U.S. government.”

“FAKE NEWS — A TOTAL POLITICAL WITCH HUNT!” Trump wrote on Twitter.
