Amy Winehouse has made it to the headlines again. This time, it is not because of her struggle with alcohol or drugs, but because of a consequence of it.

Twenty-seven-year-old Winehouse arrived on the stage an hour late keeping thousands of her fans waiting, but when she appeared, she was unstable and apparently intoxicated.

She gave what can be called as the most horrible performance ever in the history of United states. Her condition was so horrible that she had to be reminded of what she was supposed to do.

According to the Sun newspaper, an unnamed source said: In the run up to the show she was disappearing. By the time she got on stage she was on another planet.

There were around 20,000 fans at the venue, some of whom were said to have paid a week's salary to see her, booed her and a whole lot of them walked out of her awful performance.

Suzana Seojkov, 40, told the paper: As soon as she came out she fell over.

As soon as she reached the stage, she sat on a speaker with her back to the crowd, walked off stage, hugged the accompanists, mumbled the lyrics of the song, or simply did not deign to sing to the backing musicians.

Serbian media said that the concert was the worst in the history of Belgrade.

She was due to perform in Istanbul on Monday and in Athens on Wednesday, which she has cancelled.

Yes, Amy has cancelled appearances in Istanbul and Athens for the coming week, Tracy Miller, Winehouse's rep, told CNN. Despite feeling sure that she wanted to fulfill these commitments, she has agreed with management that she cannot perform to the best of her ability and will return home.

She would like to apologize to fans expecting to see her at the shows but feels that this is the right thing to do, Miller said.
