BBC has decided to put Ed Westwick’s series, “White Gold,” on hold amid allegations that he sexually assaulted two women. The actor’s Agatha Christie special, “Ordeal by Innocence” has also been forgone.

The network released a statement (via People) announcing their decision to cut ties with the actor. “These are serious allegations which Ed Westwick has strenuously denied. The BBC is not making any judgment but until these matters are resolved we will not include ‘Ordeal by Innocence’ in the schedules. The independent production company making ‘White Gold’ has informed us that Ed Westwick has paused from filming while he deals with these allegations,” it read.

According to People, “Ordeal by Innocence” was already set to premiere on BBC One, and Amazon has also signed to release the special in the country. Entertainment Weekly tried to reach out to Amazon Studios for comment, but they did not immediately respond to their request.

Amazon Studios also parted ways with Roy Price recently after he was involved in a string of sexual harassment claims.

Earlier this month, Kristina Cohen accused the “Gossip Girl” alum of raping her. On her Facebook account, Cohen said that the rape incident took place three years ago after her then-boyfriend, a producer, who also happened to Westwick’s friend, brought her to the actor's apartment.

Cohen detailed that Westwick encouraged everyone to engage in [expletive], and she wanted to leave his home, but the producer didn’t want her to. “Ed insisted we stay for dinner. I said I was tired and wanted to leave, trying to get out of what was already an uncomfortable situation. Ed suggested I nap in the guest room,” she wrote.

One day after she published her big reveal on Facebook, Westwick fired back on Twitter by saying that he’s never met Cohen.

Days later, a second woman accused Westwick of raping her. Aurélie Wynn , who appeared in “The Mindy Project,” claimed that the actor assaulted her in 2014 while they were at the Glendower Estates.

Westwick once again denied the allegations via his Twitter account and said that he will be cooperating with the authorities in their investigation.
