Eddie Cibrian, LeAnn Rimes Cheating Rumors: Singer Apparently Knows About Husband’s Infidelity

“Sunset Beach” actor Eddie Cibrian is cheating on wife LeAnne Rimes, Star magazine reported Wednesday. The magazine claims the “How Do I Live” crooner knows about the affairs.

Cibrian, 41, has been talking one woman in particular, who was not identified. They reportedly went out to dinner and were seen working out together at Equinox gym in West Hollywood, a source told the mag. He also reportedly sent a text to his wife that was meant for another woman.

Rimes, 32, apparently witnessed Cibrian flirting with other women while she performed at Wendy Williams’ 50th birthday party. “LeAnn didn’t do anything about it. She just goes on with her life,” the insider said. “There are other girls. I hear about it.”

The singer talked about the purported affairs with Cibrian, but doesn’t want to do anything “drastic” that might ruin their reality show. “And she is revamping her career. She’s getting a lot of good press on her music again. Plus, she still wants a family,” the source said about why Rimes wouldn’t push Cibrian about his apparent mistresses.

Cibrian is cheating because he has a "look at me" issue, the source said. “A lot of people want to get caught because they are addicted to the attention.”

He is “jealous” of Rimes’ success and will continue to cheat, the source alleged. Even if that happens, the singer won’t leave her husband. “She’s not somebody who can be alone,” the source said. “I think if she were to meet another guy, then she would dump him. But if she gets pregnant, who knows?” One of the main story lines on their reality show is how Rimes wants to have a child.

Gossip Cop reported Star magazine’s “shoddy” story is false since Star didn’t have a photo of Cibrian with another woman or a copy of the text message he allegedly sent. The site also pointed out the story does not identify the mystery woman he took out to dinner and exercised with at the gym.

But cheating rumors are not entirely wild for the couple, since both members of the Rimes-Cibrian union have a history of infidelity. In 2009, they were both married at the time they hooked up. Rimes was tied to Dean Sheremet and Cibrian was with “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville. After leaving their exes, Rimes and Cibrian were married in 2011. Now, they star on the VH1 reality show “LeAnn & Eddie.”
