After three years of marriage, John Cena and his now ex-wife have officially called it quits.

The WWE superstar and Elizabeth Huberdeau have amicably settled their divorce, though the two were in the middle of a nasty dispute for a while. As TMZ reports, Huberdeau was surprised when Cena filed for divorce in May and things quickly turned ugly. She even tried to nullify the couple' prenuptial agreement because she claimed her husband was unfaithful.

According to TMZ,the relationship between the two started to go south soon after they were married. At the beginning of 2012, things worsened, as the couple had heated arguements about remodeling their home.

A few months later, the couple has made peace and agreed to move on. Huberdeau is allegedly taking back the allegations she made against Cena.

All matters [in the divorce] have been settled and resolved amicably, said Raymond Rafool, Huberdeau's attorney.

The two got married on July 11, 2009, and had known each other for years before getting hitched. The two were high school sweethearts in West Newbury, Massachusetts.

Huberdeau is 32 years old and attended Springfield College. She was married to Cena for three years.
