Emma Watson once again proved that she’s perfect for the role of Belle in a new sneak peek of the highly anticipated live-action movie version of “Beauty and the Beast.”

On Thursday, Disney gifted fans with a new sneak peek of Watson as Belle and Dan Stevens as the Beast in “Beauty and the Beast,” according to E! News. The behind-the-scenes clip showed the British actress, 26, and Stevens, 33, in character at a cast table read. The two appear to be reading the part of the script in which Belle and the Beast converse about books.

The sneak peek also showed Lumière and Cogsworth, who are voiced by Ewan McGregor and Sir Ian McKellen, respectively, as well as a closer look at the prince’s castle, which fans only got a quick glimpse of in the first trailer. This time, Disney gave fans a full view of the ballroom, where Belle and Beast will presumably share a dance in in the movie.

In the clip, “Beauty and the Beast” director Bill Condon also shared his thoughts about the movie, revealing that he was immediately on board once he received news that Disney greenlit the live-action movie. “I was so excited to hear that Disney was thinking of doing a live-action version of 'Beauty and the Beast.' When something is so perfect, why get near it? The answer is technology has caught up to the idea that were introduced in that movie,” he explained.

Watson previously talked about playing Belle in a June interview with The Independent, where she explained what she loved most about the character. “I loved that she was this feisty heroine whose whole life wasn’t about marrying the most handsome guy in the village. Belle wants to read, she wants to go on adventures and be her own woman, her own person. She was one of my first tastes of feminism, so it’s pretty cool to play her now,” she told the publication.

Aside from Watson and Stevens, “Beauty and the Beast” also stars Kevin Kline as Maurice, Hattie Morahan as Agathe the Enchantress, Adrian Schiller as Monsieur D'Arque, Henry Garrett as the King and Harriet Jones as the Queen. As for its voice cast, the movie features Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, Audra McDonald as Wardrobe, Stanley Tucci as Cadenza, Nathan Mack as Chip Potts and Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Babette.

“Beauty and the Beast” hits theaters March 17, 2017.
