Erin Moran's days are not so happy anymore, as the actress who played Joanie Cunningham on Happy Days is reportedly broke and living in a trailer park.

Moran, 51, and her husband, Steve Fleischmann, 45, are living at the Berkshire Pointe Mobile Home Park in New Salisbury, Indiana, where the couple are said to be taking care of his sick mother, according to a report in the National Enquirer. Fleischmann and Moran married in 1993. The couple lost their Southern California home in 2010 to foreclosure.

Life hasn't been kind to Erin since the foreclosure of her home, a family friend told the National Enquirer. It's been a rough few years for Erin and Steve. He's trying to make ends meet by working at Walmart, and all Erin can do is try and get back to work.

That, however, is not the most shocking part of the report. The friend also said Moran, who played Richie Cunninghams's younger sister, Joanie, on television, also looks haggard.

To look at Erin today you'd never know she was once one of TV's biggest stars. Her peaches-and-cream complexion is a maze of wrinkles and crow's feet. She's aged terribly, the source said.

Erin Moran played Joanie in 236 episodes of Happy Days between 1974 and 1984. She then starred in a spin-off of the show with Scott Baio called Joanie Loves Chachi from 1982 to 1983. Since, Moran has been a guest star on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club in 2008.
