Eva Marcille posted a cryptic message on Instagram Wednesday, which seems to be in response to reports that she now has full custody of her daughter. Last month, it was reported that just two months after the model gave birth to her first child with rapper Kevin McCall, she filed a restraining order against him.

Then, this week, TMZ claimed Marcille was granted full custody of Marley Rae, and that McCall has been denied visitation until a hearing next month. "It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve into Eva's life but as a responsible parent and adult she's taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself,” her rep said.

But is Marcille denying that this is true? On Instagram, she posted a photo of herself with the message, “Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear.”

TMZ reported last month that Marcille secured a restraining order on March 28, which means McCall has to stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times. She obtained the restraining order after McCall went over the top during an argument and chased her around their home, trying to take their daughter. He allegedly kicked down four doors and threatened to punch Marcille. But days later, on April 4, Marcille posted a photo of herself with Marley Rae and McCall looking quite happy. The photo caption read, “#familyfirst.”

Yet, it is clear that all is not well in their household. McCall and Marcille have both posted cryptic messages on Instagram since the news about their incident broke, and neither of them has posted a picture of their partner since.

Marcille and McCall have been dating since November 2012. Last August, Marcille revealed she was five months pregnant, telling BET, "Being able to bring a life into the world is every woman’s dream, but for me, it’s more than just a dream; it is a magical, mystical journey, which I get to share with this amazing man. Kevin is the only man who I would share this moment in life with.” She was previously dating actor Lance Gross. The two began dating in 2006 and got engaged in 2008. They split two years later.
