Lozada, who writes for Latina Fitness, certainly knows the key to losing weight, and it looks like she is doing a great job after giving birth. In a photo she posted on Instagram this week, the new mother is already looking significantly slimmer. She is in the process of doing a 60 day challenge in order to continue her weight loss goals.

Rumors that Crawford, 32, and Lozada, 38, were dating first began when she was spotted early last year at one of his games. The couple became engaged over the Christmas holidays in a clear sign that the reality-TV star has moved on from former professional football player Chad Johnson, to whom she was briefly married in 2012.

She filed for divorce in August of that year following 41 days of marriage after she and Johnson argued over a receipt for condoms found in the trunk of their car. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Johnson, 36, grabbed Lozada, head-butted her, and screamed at her.

The head-butt caused Lozada to need stitches on her forehead. "I had blood in my eyes, I was tasting it," she told People magazine at the time.

Now that she's involved in another serious relationship, Lozada seems happier than ever. On learning the gender of her second child, Lozada told People magazine: “Surprisingly, I found out when I had my first trimester screening.

I was about 13 weeks when they told me the sex! I was honestly praying for a boy … I'm excited about being a mommy all over again. This is something I've been wanting for years and I can't believe it's finally happening."

She said that her 20-year-old daughter Shaniece is ecstatic about having a little brother. “We were both so happy. There are all girls on my side, so this will be our first boy. My family is over the moon. Every time I go to the doctor, I have them check to make sure it’s a boy. I’m still in disbelief! Shaniece is just happy that she can still be the princess of the family,” Lozada joked. “Her brother is already her BFF in her head.”
