First Colombia Gold Corp. said Thursday it agreed to buy a Lincoln County, Montana, gold prospect known as the Boulder Hill Project.

The definitive agreement with Boulder Hill Mines Inc. includes a state mineral lease and unpatented mining claims on the 174-acre property, said First Colombia Gold, which formerly was Amazon Goldsands Ltd.

The company, based in Medellin, Colombia, envisions an exploration budget of $602,800, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The cash-and-stock deal follows a deal earlier this month for First Colombia Gold to secure an option to acquire a 100 percent right to title and interest in mining lode claims in the South Idaho Silver Project located in the Owyhee County, Idaho.
