“Fifty Shades Darker” was released last month, and fans of Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) and Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) will see them in the third installment, “Fifty Shades Freed,” next year.

But even though filming has already wrapped up, and there are only three films in the franchise, cast member Marcia Gay Harden said that she’s more than willing to star in a fourth film. While speaking with People, the actress said that she wants to reprise her role as Christian’s mom.

In 2015, author E.L. James released a fourth book, titled “Grey: Fifty Shades of Grey As Told by Christian Grey.” However, it is still unclear if the book will be adapted for the big screen. “I’m trying to now think about it. ‘What would Christian’s point of view be. Would mom even be in it?’ She rescued him. She was a doctor, she rescued him… I don’t know. Would I be in it? Yeah, sure. I’m game,” she said.

While Harden is still waiting for news of her recasting as Christian’s mom, the actress is also awaiting word from CBS regarding the renewal of “Code Black.” The medical drama has been on-air for two seasons, but when CBS released a list of its renewed shows for 2017-2018, “Code Black” did not make the cut. A network representative told TV Line that some of the shows will be renewed at a much later date. The publication noted that financial issues are likely one of the reasons why renewals haven’t been finalized yet.

Some of the shows that have already been renewed include “Big Bang Theory,” “Life in Pieces,” “Mom,” “Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders” and more.
