Who doesn’t love a good freebie? Especially if you’re a burger aficionado.
Thanks to My Coke Rewards, a customer loyalty program from The Coca-Cola Company, you can snag yourself a free McDonald’s Quarter Pounder burger with just a click of a button.
My Coke Rewards, a free service through the Atlanta, Ga.-based company, typically offers its members free items or deals by entering codes found on Coca-Cola products. For example, a code from a two liter bottle of soda earns three points, while a 12-pack case earns 20 points. My Coke Rewards members can exchange their points for items ranging from gift cards or free soda to prizes like the Nike+FuelBand and many others.
But this offer for a McDonald’s Quarter Pounder doesn’t require any points or any cash. Simply by being members of My Coke Rewards, users can snag the deal by clicking this link and then “Get It.” Follow the steps to enter your mailing information. The free Quarter Pounder coupon will be mailed in the next two to four weeks without using any of your awards points (usually, this offer costs 50 points). There, however, is a limit of one coupon per account and the deal is only valid until July 30, 2013, at participating U.S. McDonald’s and cannot be used with other offers, discounts or combo meals.
Not a My Coke Rewards member? It’s easy to sign up for the service right here, then follow the instructions.
The free Quarter Pounder from McDonald’s comes as the fast food retailer offers a whole new line of toppings for its burgers. The three new burger varieties -- Bacon Habanero Ranch, Bacon & Cheese, and Deluxe -- have spices and flavors that are new to McDonald's, and they are served on a bakery-style bun.
