"Game of Thrones" Season 5 premieres April 12 and HBO has released information on the first three episodes. Fans can expect to see all of their favorites return and the introduction of Dorne and House Martell as a major storyline in the upcoming season. The cast and crew arrived in San Francisco for a "Game of Thrones" Season 5 premiere event, which included a question-and-answer session and a behind-the-scenes video.

Warning: "Game of Thrones" Season 5 spoilers ahead.

"Game of Thrones" Season 4 saw a major power shift following the deaths of Joffrey and Tywin Lannister. After killing his father, Tyrion is on the run and will be aided by Varys as he escapes from King's Landing. Further north, Jon Snow has to deal with the recently arrived Stannis Baratheon, and what's next for the Night's Watch and the threat Beyond the Wall. Other storylines include Daenerys' struggles with her dragons, Arya heading to Braavos and the fallout following the death of Oberyn Martell.

"Cersei (Lena Headey) and Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) adjust to a world without Tywin. Varys (Conleth Hill) reveals a conspiracy to Tyrion (Peter Dinklage). Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) faces a new threat to her rule. Jon (Kit Harington) is caught between two kings," reads the episode synopsis for the "Game of Thrones" Season 5 premiere, "The Wars to Come."

Episode 2 continues the focus on King's Landing and the Lannisters and viewers will return to Brienne and Pod as they continue on their quest to find Sansa Stark. In another major storyline, Arya arrives in Braavos and may meet the Faceless Men. "Arya (Maisie Williams) arrives in Braavos. Pod (Daniel Portman) and Brienne (Gwendoline Christie) run into trouble on the road. Cersei fears for her daughter’s safety in Dorne as Ellaria Sand (Indira Varma) seeks revenge for Oberyn’s death. Stannis (Stephen Dillane) tempts Jon. An adviser tempts Daenerys," reads the synopsis for "The House of Black and White." The title of the second episode is the name of the temple dedicated to the God of Death and home to the Faceless Men, the group of assassins of which Jaqen H'ghar was a member in Season 2.

In "Game of Thrones" Season 5, episode 3, "High Sparrow," we get our first look at Queen Margaery and King Tommen Lannister. "In King’s Landing, Queen Margaery (Natalie Dormer) enjoys her new husband. Tyrion and Varys walk the Long Bridge of Volantis," reads the episode's description.

If that wasn't enough "Game of Thrones" Season 5 for you, there's a new video looking at the stunts and action scenes. We get to see Jon Snow, the Sand Snakes and a big battle led by Tormund Giantsbane.

The San Francisco red carpet event included plenty of interesting questions, including one about Ser Pounce -- Tommen's kitten -- and George R.R. Martin's favorite Westeros location.
