* Gets order from UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office

* Says to provide security to British Embassy, office in Iraq

Canada's Garda World Security Corp said it received a three-year contract worth more than $100 million from the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office to provide security services in Iraq.

GardaWorld, the company's global risk group, would provide security services for British Embassy in Baghdad and the Embassy office in Basra as part of the contract.

The company said it would also provide mobile security for embassy personnel traveling throughout Iraq.

Shares of the Montreal-based company closed at C$9.10 Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange. (Reporting by Amit Kumar in Bangalore; Editing by Deepak Kannan)
