Hollywood actor Gary Busey accidentally hit a woman with his car while pulling out of a parking lot at a Malibu supermarket on Friday. No arrests were made, and the woman, who suffered minor injuries, was treated on the scene by paramedics and sent home, according to media reports.

"Gary Busey was the driver. He was backing out of a parking stall and bumped someone," a spokesperson at the Lost Hills Sheriff's Station said, according to E! News, adding: "L.A. County Fire responded. Treated the victim at the scene. She was fine. There were no arrests. No conspiracies. No DUIs."

In 1988, Busey had also been in a motorcycle crash, when he suffered a severe head injury because he wasn't wear a helmet, E! News reported. In an interview with the People magazine a year after the accident, Busey said: "The idea now is to relax and let it happen, to be one of the brushstrokes on the canvas of life, not the whole painting. Dealing with the accident has given me my life back. And I'm happy to say it's not over yet."

The incident comes just a week after Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner crashed his car on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Jenner’s Hummer struck a Lexus, whose 69-year-old driver was killed in the crash. Officers are now investigating if Jenner was using his phone while driving. Last December, actor Mel Gibson had also hit a parked car near his Malibu Home.
