America's mayor, Rudolph Giuliani, who campaigned for the nation's highest office during the 2008 cycle is ready to do it again, sources said.

Republican sources told The Weekly Standard, Giuliani thinks he's the right person to put the nation's fiscal paralysis in order and combat terrorism.

Giuliani is expected to liken the United States in 2012 to New York in 1993,crime and welfare crisises riddled the city following the David Dinkins mayoralty, the report said.

Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol said It seems implausible that Rudy Giuliani could win the nomination. But it's an implausible year.
