After months of waiting for the premiere of “Good Behavior” Season 2, viewers will finally find out what happened after Letty, Javier and Jacob left her mother’s house with police sirens sounding off in the background.

Although it looks like the three were able to find a place to call home, becoming an ordinary family may prove to be a difficult task.

“With Jacob (Nyles Julian Steele) finally in their custody, Letty (Michelle Dockery) and Javier (Juan Diego Botto) settle in a quaint beach town. Only, Letty is still stealing and Javier is still killing,” the synopsis for episode 1, “The Heart Attack is the Best Way” teases.

In the promo for the upcoming TNT season, Letty is seen leaving what looks to be a beach house and making a phone call as Javier meets up with a guy. Javier’s phone then begins to ring, which results in him and the gentleman drawing their guns.

It is clear that Javier was quicker than his opponent in accessing his gun, because the man is seen lying on the ground as Javier answers Letty’s phone call while wearing bloody gloves. The conversation is rather casual with Letty simply asking Javier where he his--to which he replies that he is working.

By working, Javier means he is killing someone because he is a hitman. However, he isn’t the only one with a dark past. Letty had Jacob at a young age, and was an addict, which resulted in her losing parental rights to her son and ending up in jail.

Letty was later released early from prison for good behavior and has since regained custody of Jacob. However, now that she is off of drugs, Letty gets her high from stealing, which is something Javier doesn’t approve of.

This season, the couple will continue to struggle to see eye-to-eye over their different beliefs. In another promo for the TNT series, Javier is seen telling Letty not to “score,” a term she uses when she steals a large amount of money or something luxurious. However, Letty doesn’t seem to care about Javier’s request because he continues to kill even though she has asked him to stop.

Last season, Letty was very open about her dislike for Javier’s job and it looks like this season will be no different. In the promo, Letty is heard telling Javier that for once she would like to see him leave someone alive and it looks like she may get her wish.

“When a hit goes wrong for Javier, and he discovers someone is trying to kill him, Letty is forced to face the reality of being in a relationship with a hitman while trying to lead a ‘normal’ life,” the synopsis for “The Heart Attack is the Best Way,” says.

In the promo, Letty’s voice is heard over images saying, “Let’s try to live a simple, more normal life,” but it is hard to fathom that she and Javier have any chance of being normal. In the video, Javier is later heard questioning why he and Letty are together considering they are toxic for one another.

Javier reflects on the fact that he kills people and she is an addict and a thief but despite their faults, Letty reminds him that she has custody of her son and they have to be normal for his sake.

The idea of the couple being able to provide a normal life for Jacob seems to be unrealistic seeing as Javier has messed up a hit that could result in him becoming a target, putting both Letty and her son in danger. Will Javier’s mistake cost the family everything?

“Good Behavior” Season 2 premieres Sunday at 10 p.m. EDT on TNT.
