Even though Google has not revealed any details of the upcoming Nexus 2015 smartphones, the purported specifications and pricing of the 2015 LG Nexus smartphone have surfaced in the media.

According to Giz China, the Google Nexus 2015 smartphone from LG will be fitted with a full HD P-OLED screen of 5.2 inches. Debunking the rumors of Snapdragon 810 or 808 chipset, it claims that the handset will be featuring the new Snapdragon 620 that includes a 64-bit quad-core processor.

Phone Arena claims that the benchmark performance of the Snapdragon 620 is equivalent to the Exynos 7420 chip that powers the Galaxy S6. The SD 620 chip will be aided by 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM. The 2015 LG Nexus smartphone will be available with two built-in storage sizes, 32GB and 64GB.

The handset will be coming with a 13 MP camera on its rear side. The front will be featuring a 4 MP camera. The rear camera will be flanked with features like OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and laser autofocus. The front side of the handset will also feature two speakers.

The power button of the device will also be sitting on the backside of the device, and it will be integrated with a fingerprint sensor. The handset will also feature a USB Type-C connector. It will be packed with a large battery of 3,180 mAh that will support Quick Charging. It will also be enabled with wireless charging.

Speculations are rife that the 2015 LG Nexus will be a mixture of the LG G4 flagship that was released in April and the original LG Nexus 5 that was released in 2013. The 32GB model of the 2015 LG Nexus will be priced at $349, whereas the 64GB model will be available for $399. The low-price Google Nexus 2015 will come with a plastic rear panel and with a metal frame.

According to Phone Arena, the 2015 Huawei Nexus smartphone is rumored to be based on the Huawei Mate 8 that is slated to beannounced on Sept. 2. The Huawei model is expected to be costlier than the LG model since it will be sporting high-end specs.

It is expected to feature a 5.7-inch WQHD AMOLED screen and wear a premium metal chassis, Giz China said. Its rear-facing camera will be of 21 MP. Without revealing the size of the battery for the Huawei handset, the publication concluded that it will support wireless charging.
