“Gotham” plans to introduce the villain Calendar Man soon. FOX

The Fox show “Gotham” does not really need to add more villains to its roster. After all, it already has the Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor), Riddler (Cory Michael Smith) and the Joker (Cameron Monaghan). This Season 4, it even brought back the Scarecrow (Charlie Tahan) and will introduce Solomon Grundy (Butch Gilzean).

But executive producer John Stephens has big plans for the show, and he told Comic Book that more villains will definitely be introduced as the seasons roll in.

One villain of interest is the Calendar Man, also known as Julian Gregory Day. Stephens said he won’t make it to Season 4, but he will most likely make an appearance next season.

“Oh 100 percent,” he guaranteed. “There's been a lot of conversations about him. We got really close to using him this year, but we could not. But he's one of the ones who's on deck as saying, ‘Well, we gotta use Julian Day.’”

Another thing the show is busy preparing for is the introduction of the Gotham City Sirens, which would probably consist of Selina Kyle (Carmen Bicondova) and Poison Ivy (Maggie Geha), among other characters.

When asked by Heroic Hollywood earlier of this possibility, this is what Bicondova had to say: “We haven’t really dived into that yet as of right now. I think that eventually it will happen.”

The actress added that joining the Sirens would be “cool,” although she has no clue how that will go. “I have no idea because some things are shaking up this season, so we never know!” she said.

It’s also possible that Jessica Lucas’ Tabitha Galavan will be a part of the Sirens, even though her character is not really part of the original group. “I love that they started it out in an unexpected way with Barbara [Erin Richards] and Tabitha because neither one of those characters are part of the [Gotham City] Sirens in the comic books,” she said. “But I think there is room for growth, there is room for new members and I think it would be great to have some sort of girl gang going on next season. So I hope so, but I’m not sure yet!”

“Gotham” Season 4 airs every Thursday at 8 p.m. EDT on Fox.
