Calzona shippers might want to take cover, because according to reports, there’s going to a big blowout between the former flames in an upcoming Season 12 episode of “Grey’s Anatomy.”

The drama will start during the hit ABC series’ two-hour event Thursday, which will feature both episodes 18 and 19. The synopsis for episode 19, titled “It’s Alright, Ma (I’m Only Bleeding),” teases that Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) will be forced to “make a decision that will affect her relationship with Callie (Sara Ramirez) forever.”

But what decision is Arizona making, and what will it mean for the fate of Calzona? Well, TVLine teased that the tension between the two will stem from Callie’s relationship with Penny (Samantha Sloyan).

In episode 17, it was revealed that Penny was awarded the coveted Preminger Grant — an award that will move the Grey Sloan newcomer across the country. And, yes, you guessed it, Callie will consider making the trek to New York with her fiery-haired girlfriend. But moving across the country will mean Callie and Arizona will have to sit down and decide the living arrangements of their daughter.

Their decision will ultimately be a heart wrenching one to make. Ellen Pompeo, who portrays Meredith in the medical drama, teased just how emotional it will be when she tweeted about the trouble that lies ahead for the fan-favorite Grey Sloan twosome.

“What @JessicaCapshaw won’t tell you is how she intends to rip your hearts out in episode 1222,” Pompeo unveiled. “That’s all I’m going to say.”
